Before your first visit, please complete the online registration forms. Please bring your ID, insurance card, and any prior imaging when you come to the office.

The Initial Consult
Our intake process consists of two parts. After a warm welcome, our front desk will ensure your paperwork is in order. A staff member will take you back to an exam room.
The doctor will come into the exam room and introduce themselves. They’ll listen to your issue and ask questions to get a full picture of the problem. We find out what your health goals are and explain how chiropractic can help you achieve them.
Next is a thorough physical examination and chiropractic tests. If necessary, you’ll be taken for X-rays. Once completed, your second visit is scheduled, often as soon as the next day. Please allow 45-60 minutes for this visit.
When You Return
On your second visit, your doctor will let you know what’s happening in your body. This is called the report of findings. The chiropractor will review your test results and X-rays, if applicable, with you.
They’ll indicate what areas are problematic and what may be causing the issue. You’ll receive recommendations for care, and your personalized treatment plan. We’ll explain exactly what will happen and how long it will take. Outcome assessments are done at the beginning and end of care to track your progress.
Your health is always your choice. If you decide to move forward with treatment, you’ll receive your first adjustment today. Our staff will go over all financial details, including insurance verifications. Your next visits will be scheduled according to your care plan.
Finances
We work with most major insurance providers, Medicare, and some Medicaid. Major credit cards and HSA plans are also accepted.
We never want the cost to keep you from seeking the care you need. Our fees are comparable for the area; we’ll work with you to find a solution that works for you.
